Culture & Gastronomy
The cookery school of l'Oasis restaurant welcomes you to introduce you to high gastronomy.
Three options are available:
Themed cookery course:
(duration about 2 hrs.) demonstration of a recipe in a friendly way by Stéphane RAIMBAULT, followed by tasting of the dishes made, food and wine pairings in the form of an aperitif.
The Pastry themed course:
(duration from 1 hour 30 mins. to 2 hrs.) The pastry chef, François RAIMBAULT, introduces you to the secrets of pastry. At the end of the session, you will all share a «Tea Time» together by tasting the pastries you have made.
